Back Office Executive cum Data Entry Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive cum Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data entry processes, and ensuring smooth back-office operations. This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Management
- Enter and update accurate data into systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain proper documentation and backup of data files.
Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records and files.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and other communication.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle day-to-day back-office activities, including scheduling and task prioritization.
- Monitor inventory or supplies and assist with procurement, if required.
Technical Proficiency
- Use MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to perform daily tasks.
- Operate company-specific software for data management and reporting.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to systems or equipment.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work by reviewing tasks regularly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors, if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role; fresher with relevant skills may also apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or database management tools.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
